By placing a pre-sale order, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of that pre-sale. Pre-sale allows you to order products before they arrive in Australia, meaning shipping timeframes are estimated until stock is received onshore. For all other destinations, shipping rates will vary, however you will only be charged what is above our ‘capped free shipping’ rate. Therefore, everybody worldwide, receives a significant reduction to their shipping costs. This will automatically be calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped tracked via AUS POST, DHL, FedEx or UPS. With delivery periods of up to 14 business days, depending on location. Once dispatched, we will provide you with your tracking information via email.
DUTIES & TAXES, CUSTOM CHARGES
Orders shipped internationally, outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. Your shipping charge from Medley Australia does not cover this.
We are unable to estimate these charges for you as they are determined by a variety of factors such as size, weight, value of the items/ package and destination, varying by Country and State.
You are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes associated with the delivery of your item/s. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are due upon delivery or collection of your package.

Deliveries within Australia will be sent tracked via Australia Post or DHL. With delivery periods of 1-4 business and 3-10 business days for Western Australia. Once dispatched, you will be receive your tracking information via email.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped tracked via DHL, FedEx or UPS. With delivery periods of up to 14 business days, depending on location. Once dispatched, we will provide you with your tracking information via email.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you need to return an item from your order for any reason, please review the information provided below.
30 Day Returns
In accordance with our 30-day money back guarantee. Once you receive your order confirmation, you have 30 days to return your item if you have changed your mind.
All eligible items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unwashed, with all OUT YNDR CLUB tags, belly bands and stickers attached.
If this purchase included a promotional gift, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Proof of purchase is required.
No change of mind returns will be accepted after the 30-day window.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay and organise the return postage.
On meeting the eligibility for returning your item/s, you will be refunded the full amount paid minus any shipping costs incurred by OUT YNDR CLUB to send you your order.
Returning your item

PICTURES:
· 1 high quality photo of the full product. 2-3 good quality photos showing your item in it's original condition with tags and wrapping attached as received
We will be in touch to provide you with further instructions on completing the return process, including an assessment of eligibility for refund. Once your return is approved you are required to send your item back to us within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
For international returns, please return your item(s) using a trackable shipping method or courier, and pack your items appropriately in a postage satchel or box to protect the contents and ensure items are received by OUT YNDR CLUB in their original condition. Failure to do so may result in damage to the contents and your return eligibility may not be accepted by OUT YNDR CLUB.
OUT YNDR CLUB is not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
REFUNDS
A fault is defined as a manufacturing defect or a significant issue that prevents the product from functioning as intended (e.g., defective zippers, torn seams upon delivery, or structural issues).
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If your item is found to be faulty, please email hello@outyndrclub.com.au with the below information;

DETAILS:

· Proof of purchase
· A detailed description explaining the fault.
PICTURES:
· 1 high quality photo of the full product, a minimum of 3-4 good quality photos showing the proposed fault.
We will be in touch to provide you with an assessment of eligibility for repair, refund or exchange. Once your return is approved you are required to send your item back to us within 7 days of receiving your return approval.
Items that were ordered outside of the 90-day warranty, that are considered to have general ware & tare will not be replaced or refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due a manufacturing fault. If you believe your item to have a manufacturing fault outside of the 90-day warranty period, please send us details as requested above.
Returns and refund requests are evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis.
